Hello!  My name is Pat.  I am currently living in Bangkok, Thailand, and am quickly approaching the age where people have quarter life crises.

I am a public health enthusiast, am an avid caffeine consumer, and have very little patience for any visual media longer than 15 minutes.  The latter means that I am exceptionally incapable of watching movies and marathoning TV shows.  Yet, I have no idea where all my free time goes.

I apologize in advance for all the alliterations and terrible puns that will inevitably pop up throughout this blog.
